Casey O'Connell, CSM has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Operations. Beginning in 2006, Casey worked at Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store, starting as a Retail Systems Project Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Information Technology. Casey held this position until 2018 when they transitioned to CATHERINE FRANDSEN & COMPANY INC as the Director Of Technology & Operations. In 2020, Casey joined JustFoodForDogs as the Senior Director of Information Technology before moving on to their current role as the Director Of Information Technology at Razor USA LLC in 2021.
Casey O'Connell, CSM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Operational Development, from the USC Marshall School of Business. This degree was earned between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, Casey obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Cypress College, attending from 1998 to 2000.
Additionally, Casey has obtained a Scrum Master certification (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
