Jordan Tarn has a diverse work experience. Jordan started their career at Cestria Community Housing in 2013, where they worked as an Online Owls volunteer, providing assistance to elderly individuals on using technology. In 2014, they joined Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as a Checkout staff, developing excellent communication and customer service skills. In 2018, they joined Atos as a Service Desk Analyst, where they handled IT-related issues for the BBC. This role further enhanced their customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Most recently, Jordan joined Razorblue Group in 2020, initially as a Client Support Engineer and later promoted to the role of Senior Client Support Engineer.
Jordan Tarn attended Bishop Barrington Maths and Sports academy from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Information Technology. Following that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at New College Durham from 2012 to 2016. Finally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Teesside University from 2016 to 2017.
