Ashwath Kumar

Ashwath Kumar is an experienced security professional with a robust background in cybersecurity roles. Currently serving as the Head of Security at Razorpay, Ashwath has held various positions including Principal Security Engineer and Staff Security Engineer. Prior to Razorpay, Ashwath worked at Synopsys Inc as a Principal Consultant and Associate Principal Consultant, and at Cigital, Inc as an Associate Principal Consultant. Ashwath began the career at Microsoft, progressing through roles such as Security Engineer II, Security Engineer, and SDET, and also gained early experience as an Engineer at Ittiam Systems. Ashwath holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
