Chetty Arun

Chetty Arun is an accomplished design and culture leader with extensive experience at Razorpay since December 2014, currently serving as the Culture Head, where responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and driving diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. Concurrently, Chetty holds the position of Director of Design, overseeing the Razorpay Payments and Razorpay Capital design teams, managing over 40 product and visual designers to enhance merchant and consumer experiences. Previous roles at Razorpay included Design Manager and Design Lead, contributing to significant products like Flash Checkout and managing foundational design functions. Prior to Razorpay, Chetty served as Head of Design at SDSLabs, leading design initiatives for digital products and organizing events, as well as at WatchOut! News Agency. Chetty holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
