Cem Calik is an experienced sales and commercial operations professional with a strong background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Reckitt since January 2025, Cem previously held significant roles at Ontex as General Manager Turkey & Export and Commercial Director Turkey & Export from January 2018 to January 2025, overseeing a large sales force and reporting to the General Manager of the AMEEA Region. Prior experience includes Export Business Development Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Business Development Manager at Sütaş Grubu, and various commercial management positions at EVYAP and Colgate Palmolive, where responsibilities spanned P&L management, regional sales operations, and strategic project development. Cem holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marmara University and Tarsus American.
