Darren Lee

Darren Lee is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in brand management and creative direction. Currently serving as the Global Head of Design & Brand Experience at RB since September 2016, Darren has previously held roles such as Global Brand Experience and Design Strategy Manager and Global Design Management. Prior to RB, Darren worked as a Freelance Designer for a short period and as Creative Director at GAMA Healthcare, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver healthcare and lifestyle brands across various platforms globally. Experience at Compass Group UK & Ireland as a Senior Designer and at Williams Lea as a Senior Designer focused on brand development and management for notable clients, and early career work included freelance design roles. Darren holds a 2:1 degree in Design Illustration from the University of Westminster.
