Latha Kesavan

Latha Kesavan is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Operations for Global People Services at Reckitt since April 2022. In this role, Latha leads the Reward and Benefits service line, establishing essential capabilities for complex consulting roles from the India Global Hub, and overseeing the management of pay reviews and annual bonus cycles. Previously, Latha was a Senior Manager in HR Operations & Transformation, where a focus was placed on setting up HR shared services and improving global pay review cycles. Prior to Reckitt, Latha spent over five years at DXC Technology as a Manager in Human Resources, excelling in operations management, service delivery, and HR transformation initiatives, alongside expertise in various HR systems. Latha's career also includes a managerial role at HP, leading Hire to Retire services across all service lines.
