Patricia O'Hayer

Patricia O'Hayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global communications and government affairs. Currently serving as the Global Head of Communications & Government Affairs at Reckitt since 2013, Patricia is responsible for government affairs, communications, and strategic partnerships. Previously, in the same organization, Patricia held the role of Global Director of External Relations & Strategic Partnerships, managing stakeholder engagement and leading a significant health initiative in collaboration with Save the Children. Past roles include Director of Communications and Campaigns at Plan International, Vice President of Global Employee Engagement and Communications at Unilever, and various communications management positions at Tetra Pak, Baxter Healthcare, Dow Corning, and the American Chamber of Commerce Belgium. Patricia also contributed as a guest lecturer at London Business School, focusing on reputation and crisis communications. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
