Christine Barney, APR has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Christine currently serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of rbb Communications, a four-time winner of Agency of the Year. Since joining in November 2001, they have been responsible for leading the company's corporate communications, marketing public relations, strategic counsel, and results measurement.
Prior to their role at rbb Communications, Christine worked at Weber Shandwick as the Managing Partner of their Florida office from September 1997 to October 2001. During their tenure, they oversaw the Florida, U.S. Hispanic, and Latin American practices.
Before that, Christine held the position of President at Rubin Barney & Birger from January 1993 to August 1997.
Christine started their career in 1986 as an Account Executive at Burson-Marsteller, where they gained valuable experience in the industry.
Christine Barney, APR obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1982 to 1985.
