Adrian O'Neill

Adrian O'Neill is an accomplished finance and technology professional with extensive experience in structured rates, derivatives analytics, and quantitative development. At RBC Capital Markets, Adrian serves as Managing Director and Head of Structured Rates / Derivatives Analytics IT, overseeing technology teams for Rates, FX Options, and XVA desks from September 2018 to January 2024. Previously, Adrian held positions at Nomura as Head of Structured Rates IT, and as Head of FX Option Pricing Technology, leading teams to develop pricing technology and electronic trading tools. Additionally, Adrian worked at RBS Global Banking & Markets, where responsibilities included Fixed Income Exotic Quantitative Development, and was integral to the integration of quantitative pricing libraries at Lehman Brothers. Adrian's career began at Citi, specializing in equity derivatives trading systems development. Adrian holds two MSc degrees in Financial Engineering and Finance from Birkbeck, University of London.
