Pascal Forget

Pascal Forget is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Trade Processing Tech Agile and DevOps Lead at RBC Capital Markets since March 2023, Pascal leads the implementation of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. As the Director of Quantitative & Technology Services, Pascal manages a global team of 25 Java developers and quality assurance specialists across multiple locations. With a long-standing role as President of UBeans Technologies since 2001, Pascal has also contributed to the community as a volunteer ski patroller. Previously, Pascal held significant positions at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included leading the Margins and Collateral Management team and managing Java development teams. With a strong foundation in Java and various technologies, Pascal's career encompasses roles in organizations like Québecor, PBSC Urban Solutions Inc, Acquisio, Expedia, Desjardins, and Videotron. Pascal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Université de Montréal.
