Tracey Dawes-Lucas currently serves as Director and Head of Brand & Marketing for APAC at RBC Capital Markets and Wealth Management, overseeing branding initiatives across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Australia since June 2020. Previously, Tracey held the position of Vice President and Head of Brand & Marketing for APAC, leading brand activities and digital marketing strategies for the investment banking division of the Royal Bank of Canada. Prior roles include Marketing Manager at XPLORE WEALTH, where brand awareness and product launches were prioritized, and Associate Director of Marketing for APAC at RBC Investor & Treasury Services, focusing on regional marketing strategies. Tracey's extensive background in marketing began at RBC Investor Services, where early career roles included Client Service Manager and Manager of Sales Support. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
