Prior to these roles, Sarah held multiple positions at Brewin Dolphin from February 2018 to August 2023, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Change & Transformation. Sarah also worked at RBS in various capacities from September 2005 to February 2018, culminating in roles such as COO for RBS England & Wales & NatWest Scotland and Head of Operations for the Future Williams & Glyn Team. Sarah earned a degree in French from Lancaster University, completing education in 1988.
