Ruslan's foundational role as a Senior Metrology Engineer at Kryvyi Rih Metrology Institute involved leading a team in developing advanced metrology systems and conducting ISO audits. Ruslan holds a Master's degree in Metrology Engineering from Odessa State Academy of Technical Regulations and Quality and another Master's degree in Electromechanics from Kryvyi Rih Technical University.
