Brandi started their career at Central National Bank and Trust Company in 1997, where they worked as a Consumer Banker and then moved to Credit Administration and Compliance. In 2004, they joined First National Bank of Oklahoma as an AVP, overseeing credit administration and compliance functions for multiple bank offices. Brandi supervised a team of 6 employees and was responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance, compliance review, compliance consulting, loan review, and financial statement analysis.

In 2006, they joined BOK Financial as a Compliance Senior and later became a Compliance Supervisor, overseeing compliance activities. Brandi then held various positions within BOK Financial, including Compliance Audit Manager AVP, Manager of Compliance Testing, and Manager of Consumer & Mortgage Compliance.
