Laura Vice CSM, CPM has a diverse work experience in property management. Laura began their career in 2004 as a Property Manager at Consera Healthcare Real Estate, LLC, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, Laura joined Retail Properties of America, Inc. as a Property Manager II, where they continued to excel until 2021. Currently, Laura is the Director of Property Operations at RCG Ventures, LLC since May 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Property Operations Manager from February 2021 to May 2022.
Laura Vice CSM, CPM holds an Associate's degree in Business Finance from the University of Phoenix. Laura also obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2020. Additionally, they have a certification in CSM from ICSC.

RCG Ventures LLC (“RCG”) is a privately funded real estate investment group that acquires and develops commercial real estate in the Continental United States. The company’s primary focus is value-add anchored shopping centers with the potential for long-term ownership.
