Milton Sosa has over 30 years of professional experience in billing and operations management, currently serving as Billing Manager at Rogers & Cowan since May 2007, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining billing procedures and auditing service work orders. Previously, Milton held positions at DataDirect Networks from November 1991 to May 2007, first as RMA Supervisor, overseeing customer return processes, and then as Production Supervisor, focusing on RAID system assembly and troubleshooting. Milton's educational background includes studies at Los Angeles City College from 2000 to 2002.
