Vinicius Ribeiro

Vinicius Ribeiro currently serves as Gerente de Web & Marketing Stack at RD Station, where responsibilities include leading the UI/UX Design team and overseeing the Marketing Engineering team to enhance web assets, user experience, and demand generation. Previously, as Head of UI/UX Design | Marketing, Vinicius restructured the design team to improve conversion rates and sales pipeline growth. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Design at eNe Soluções, where Vinicius led a multidisciplinary design team, and as Creative Head at Vegas Propaganda, where agency creation and client management were crucial. Earlier roles also included Director of Art at All Set Comunicação and Video Editor at ESAMC. Vinicius holds an MBA in Marketing, Branding, and Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESAMC.
