Harsh Kumar

Harsh Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and software engineering. Harsh started their career as a Summer Trainee at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 2011. In 2013, they joined Mobisy Technologies Pvt LTD as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for testing applications on virtual and real devices, reviewing requirements and functional specifications, and writing and executing test cases.

In 2014, Harsh joined SplashData as a Software QA & Support Engineer. During their time there, they ensured the delivery of quality products on various platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows Phone, MAC, Windows desktop, and web. Harsh also managed the customer support queue and directed customers to the appropriate channels.

In 2016, Harsh moved to RDAlabs LLC as a QA Automation Engineer. Harsh was later promoted to Senior QA Automation Engineer, Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, and eventually Senior QA Engineer Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for client requirement assessment and delivery of high-quality solutions on platforms such as Android, iOS, web, and web services. Harsh also played a leadership role in managing the quality of products and services.

Throughout their career, Harsh has demonstrated a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions and has experience in automation testing, requirement analysis, and test case execution.

Harsh Kumar completed their B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, from the year 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate education in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya New Cantt during 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Harsh Kumar has obtained several certifications including Big Data Foundations - Level 1 and Hadoop Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in May 2017. Harsh also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2021.
