Carlos Hernandez is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in technical management and quality oversight. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate and Director of Technical Management at RDC, Carlos is responsible for firm-wide quality management and mentoring staff. Simultaneously, as an Associate and Technical Director at studio one eleven, Carlos has led notable projects such as the Equinox in Culver City and various adaptive reuse efforts in Los Angeles. In addition to architectural roles, Carlos operates Carlos R. Hernandez Photography, specializing in architectural photography and cinematography. Prior experience includes project management at Pfeiffer Partners Architects Inc., coordination at RNL, and design staff contributions at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. Professional credentials include AIA, NCARB, NOMA, LEED AP, CDT, and ICC membership.
