Currently serving as a Senior Converged Engineer at RDI Marketing Services since December 2011, Jeremy has previously held similar roles at G3 Technology Partners and ISI, where responsibilities included implementing, supporting, and maintaining the Interactive Intelligence product line. Earlier in their career, Jeremy was a Lotus Notes Administrator/Developer at Rumpke and a Lotus Notes Developer at Xerox, gaining valuable expertise in creating and administering Lotus Notes databases and servers.
