Jeremy Norman

Jeremy Norman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jeremy is currently the Director of Engineering at Re-Leased, where they started in April 2022. Prior to joining Re-Leased, Jeremy worked at Raygun, where they held various roles including Principal Engineer and Chief Technology Officer from 2016 to 2021. At Raygun, they were responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring smooth operations.

Before Raygun, Jeremy worked at Red Jungle Ltd as a Lead Software Developer, where they spearheaded the development of the Re-Leased property management web application. Jeremy implemented architectural changes and introduced new patterns and practices.

Jeremy also worked as a Senior Software Developer at C3, where they developed internal systems and a tablet framework for C3's Port Logistics business. Jeremy was then hired as a Senior Developer Team Lead at PartsTrader Markets Limited, where they led a small team in developing the core PartsTrader system.

Earlier in their career, Jeremy worked at LearningSource as a Lead Developer, responsible for developing a web-based SaaS training and events management solution. Jeremy also worked at CDO Software, developing a Windows desktop application for investment product management and integration with third-party systems.

Jeremy began their career as a Software Developer at various companies, including Museum Victoria, Intergen, and Ace Training. Jeremy worked on content managed websites, bespoke projects, and internal systems.

Jeremy Norman attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Electronic Commerce, and Multimedia. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Microsoft including Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD.NET) in January 2007 and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD.NET) in September 2004.
