Michelle Hardi

Michelle Hardi is a seasoned professional in product and user experience design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at REA Group since October 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior User Experience Designer at UniSuper, focusing on the Member Online portal for the retirement cohort. Michelle also contributed as a Senior Product Designer at Rezdy and worked with Reece Group on the Reece POS project. Founding South East UX and undertaking various roles across companies such as Officeworks, Retail Zoo, Central6 Pty Ltd, and OzHut showcase a diverse skill set in design. Academic qualifications include a Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication and a Diploma in Media and Communication from Deakin University and the Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology, respectively.
