Jenna Shuster has a strong background in market research, with experience working at multiple companies. Jenna started their career in 2012 as a Senior Research Manager at Vision Critical, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they joined Maru/Matchbox as a Research Director, where they stayed until 2019. In 2019, Jenna joined Reach3 Insights, initially as a Research Director, then as a Senior Research Director, and finally as Vice President.
Jenna Shuster completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Thompson Rivers University. Jenna went on to pursue further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing and Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph.
