Kim Arnold has extensive experience in the market research industry, with a focus on technology and consumer insights. Kim is currently the Senior Vice President at Reach3 Insights, where they combine modern technologies, intelligent analytics, and immersive experiences to deliver impactful storytelling. Before their current role, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Technology Consulting at Maru/Matchbox, where they led a team that provided clients with agile quantitative and qualitative research using traditional methodologies and emerging tech. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Vision Critical, specializing in the technology practice. Kim also worked at Lowepro as the Global Insights Analyst, where they established the company's first customer insights function and advised the CMO on brand strategy. Kim began their career at Ipsos, where they held various roles, ranging from Research Associate to Director, managing and executing market research programs for technology leaders globally. Kim's expertise and leadership have been recognized through promotions and their impactful contributions to the industry.
Kim Arnold attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
