Ayesha Riaz

Ayesha Riaz is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Reach plc since August 2025, Ayesha previously worked at Yara International from November 2022 to August 2025 as a Tech Lead/Senior Frontend Developer, focusing on scalable application development and software delivery. Ayesha's expertise includes significant roles at Powerfront and Annexation Technologies, contributing to proprietary software and bookkeeping tools, respectively. Ayesha began a career as a Software Engineer at Telenor, developing large-scale digital solutions, and has prior experience at Nexus Technologies, where Ayesha worked on business applications and enhancements. Ayesha holds a BS in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and completed ICS at Islamabad Model College for Girls F-7/4.
