Operationally, Max leads cross-functional coordination with internal tech teams, third-party vendors, and content partners to ensure flawless event execution. Working closely with sales, marketing, airports, and concessionaire stakeholders, Max ensures all content and ad experiences align with both network goals and viewer expectations.
