Maxime Goulet-Bourdon is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Reaction Dynamics. Prior to this, Maxime held various roles such as Lead Engineer - Test and Launch and Test Site Manager at the same company. Additionally, Maxime works as a Course Conductor at the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance and as a Staff Trainer and Ski Instructor at Ski Bromont. Maxime has previous internship experience at CAE in Aerodynamics and Performance, and at BOMBARDIER in Sales Engineering. Maxime holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences from Champlain College Saint-Lambert.

The current small satellites market is rapidly growing. There are several new companies that are developing revolutionary technology with space application. However, there is a limited availability of launch opportunities, which adds considerable delay in getting these spacecrafts to orbit. These companies need simple, dedicated and affordable launch services that can accommodate their small size and deliver their satellite to orbit. Reaction Dynamics aims to fill this gap with a simpler approach to rocketry and a proprietary new type of green-propellant hybrid rocket engine that dramatically simplifies and reduces the cost of small orbital launch vehicle.
