João has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and has gained technical knowledge in various methodologies and frameworks such as Agile Methodology, Ericsson Order Care Framework, ConceptWave OrderCare, and Ericsson Catalog Manager.
