Heusala Mari is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Reaktor since September 2024, Heusala previously held the position of Senior Vice President People & Culture at The Qt Company. Prior to these roles, Heusala worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at HR Legal Services Oy and as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Vaisala, overseeing a global team supporting 1900 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Office Services at F-Secure Corporation and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Development at Basware, where a significant headcount expansion was achieved. Earlier career highlights include a HR Director role at Nokia and Offset Project Coordinator for Northrop Grumman International Aircraft Inc. Heusala holds a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on International Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics.
