Teemu Hyyryläinen

Teemu Hyyryläinen is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer currently working at Reaktor since November 2018, where responsibilities include delivering Agile courses and coaching. Previously, Teemu held similar roles at Solita from August 2016 to October 2018 and served as the Principal Coach and Trainer at Leanware Oy from March 2000 to August 2016. In addition to coaching, Teemu has extensive experience in leadership as a Business Unit Manager, overseeing sales, teams, projects, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Teemu's technical background includes software development and project management, with expertise in various programming languages and tools, developed during tenure as a Software Specialist/Project Manager at Leanware Oy and Tampere University of Technology. Teemu holds a Master's degree in Software Systems from Tampere University of Technology.
