Kamran Ahmed is a seasoned consultant for startups at Startup Consulting Services, leveraging extensive experience as a founder and entrepreneur to guide clients through all phases of the startup journey since May 2023. Kamran also serves as a board member at Omniply and as a mentor with MentorConnect Montreal and the McGill Engine Centre. An angel investor in various technology startups since May 2015, Kamran focuses on diverse sectors including semiconductors, AI, and fintech. As a limited partner with TandemLaunch Inc., Diagram Ventures, and Real Ventures, involvement in supporting entrepreneurial initiatives is a priority. During a pro bono consulting phase from July 2020 to April 2023, Kamran dedicated efforts to mentorship within the community. A year-long sabbatical, as Vice President of Adventure in 2019-2020, allowed Kamran to explore personal growth through extensive travel. Kamran holds a B. Eng in Computer Engineering from McGill University and has completed GCE A-Levels at Karachi Grammar School.
