Pascale Audette

Pascale Audette currently serves as the President and CEO of The YMCAs of Quebec and as an Advisor at AgeTech Capital, where involvement includes being a member of the Advisory Board and co-founding a growth-stage investment firm focused on addressing the challenges of an aging population. Additionally, Pascale holds a position on the Board of Directors at Humania Assurance Inc., contributing expertise in business growth and operations, particularly in technology during the company's digital transformation. As a member of the Investment Committee at Real Ventures, Pascale evaluates early-stage investment opportunities. Previous leadership experiences encompass roles as CEO at Carebook Technologies, COO and SVP of Product Development at Behaviour Interactive, and Co-Founder and CEO of Hyper Hippo Productions. Pascale also played a key role in the growth of the Club Penguin franchise at Walt Disney Internet Group and contributed to the founding and expansion of the Breakfast Club of Canada. Pascale holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration/Business from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
