Pearce Lantzy

Pearce Lantzy, CFA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at RealmOne since July 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Eqlipse Technologies from January 2023 to June 2024, and various leadership positions at BlueHalo, where responsibilities spanned Vice President of Accounting, Vice President Finance, and Director of FP&A and Corporate Development from November 2020 to December 2022. Before BlueHalo, Pearce held roles at Grant Thornton LLP as Transaction Advisory Director and Manager from December 2018 to November 2020, and at BDO USA, LLP from April 2016 to December 2018 in multiple advisory positions. Early career experience includes working as an International Export/Import Agent at Polaris Worldwide Logistics from 2009 to 2015. Pearce earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
