Christine Carroll has extensive experience in lease administration and real estate management, currently serving as Manager of Lease Administration at Realogic Analytics, LLC since April 2018, following their role as Senior Associate in the same department. Previous experience includes positions as a Lease Abstractor at Mobilitie, where important abstraction scopes were developed for telecommunications leases, and as a Lease Administrator at Cushman & Wakefield, managing a diverse real estate portfolio for commercial clients. Additional roles include freelance lease abstraction, consulting for RSM US LLP, and real estate administration at SRS-Cresa, where lease documentation management and financial oversight were key responsibilities. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Illinois University.
