Dan Polcari has a work experience spanning several decades in various engineering roles. Dan started their career in 1983 as a Senior Electrical Engineer at E-Systems, where they worked until 1991. From 1993 to 1998, they served as a Senior Engineer at gnubi Communications, Inc. In 2004, they joined EFW as a Principal Engineer, and from 2005 onwards, they have been working at The Realtime Group as a Lead Systems Engineer. In their current role, they are responsible for various tasks such as work estimation, product conception, customer contact, subcontractor management, and circuit board and system level testing. Dan also coordinates product hand-off to the Contract Manufacturer, ensuring design for manufacturing analysis, parts procurement instructions, and test procedures are provided.
Dan Polcari attended West Virginia University from 1976 to 1978, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Following that, from 1978 to 1980, they pursued an Engineering degree in the field of study at the University of Dayton.
