Eric Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eric began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Efficient Networks in 1996, where they developed a multithreaded application and an installation procedure. Following that, Eric worked as a Consultant for the Internal Revenue Service, focusing on a system used for auditing tax-exempt organizations.

In 2006, Eric joined Intuit as a Staff Software Engineer, working on scalable enterprise payment processing gateways. Eric utilized a custom C# .NET framework to connect merchants and Intuit systems to various payment processors. Eric remained at Intuit until 2014.

After leaving Intuit, Eric served as a Senior Technical Lead at Paycor, where they led a team in developing an integration platform for employee benefit data submission. Eric then transitioned to Taillight as a Senior Software Engineer and implemented a user interface for the identity management system.

In 2017, Eric joined Mr. Cooper as a Principal Software Development Engineer. Eric implemented a microservice that retrieved lead data and posted it to a Velocify service. Finally, in 2019, Eric worked as a Software Contractor for The Realtime Group, optimizing and redesigning aspects of a digital signage system.
