Garyld Miles has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Garyld started their career as a Programmer at Decision Support Systems in 1988. Garyld then worked at Texas Instruments, where they held roles in Software V&V and Software Acceptance Test. At B.Braun, they served as a Quality Engineering Supervisor and later became a Project Manager and Quality Engineering Supervisor. Garyld then joined Bridge Medical as a Quality & Test Engineering Manager.

In 1999, Garyld Miles started working at Baxter Healthcare Corporation as a Software Engineering Consultant. During this time, they also worked at SRI Product Development as a Project Manager and Sr. Software Quality Specialist. At SRI Product Development, they designed and implemented a Quality System and provided GMP/QSR/GDP training of staff.

In 2006, Garyld Miles became the Chief Operating Officer at The Realtime Group and was later promoted to the role of VP of Operations and Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day operations, managing a team of engineers, and overseeing development engineering projects, particularly in the field of medical devices.
