Robert Gaarder

Robert Gaarder is an accomplished engineering and sales professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at RealTruck, Robert has previously held key leadership positions such as Director of the High Voltage Heater Team and Director of OE and Fleet Sales at Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, Inc. Additionally, Robert was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Karmann USA, Inc., and has held the role of Sales Manager at Magna Steyr and Program Manager at Decoma International. Robert Gaarder earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University between 1982 and 1987.
