KelCent TAN is a seasoned legal compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Legal Compliance Manager & Licensing Lead at Reap since February 2023, KelCent previously held the position of Legal & Regulatory Compliance Manager at Upbit Singapore from March 2021 to February 2023, where expertise was applied in one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges globally. Prior to this, KelCent worked as a Legal & Compliance Coordinator at Exness and as a Principal Officer at Deriv.com, gaining significant skills in regulatory relations, policy development, and compliance processes. KelCent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of London and completed education at Fairview International School with a Middle School Diploma.
