Currently serving as a Coach and Facilitator at Reboot.io, Virginia also contributes as a member of the Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board for Seed&Spark and owns Scale.us, a company focused on helping leaders grow. Previous roles include Director of Ecommerce at Go Get Em Tiger and Owner of Cuties, a queer-focused community organization and coffee bar in East Los Angeles. Virginia's background includes significant positions at Blue Bottle Coffee, Tonx (as Cofounder & CEO), and Foodzie (as Co-Founder and CTO), showcasing a strong foundation in digital strategies and operational excellence. Virginia holds a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
