Léa Siegel

Léa Siegel has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Léa began their career as a Press Office Intern at the AHK Frankreich / Deutsch-Französische Industrie- und Handelskammer in 2012. Léa then held a Marketing and Communication Officer - Aviation role at Saft in 2015. In 2016, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at Xcede. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at BASF as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2020, they moved to GEA Group as a People Specialist DACH - HR Project Management. Most recently, in 2021, they joined rebuy recommerce as a Team Lead Talent and Office Management and Human Resources Business Partner.

Léa Siegel completed a Master's degree in International Business (Multilingual English, German & French degree) from Université Paris-Sorbonne between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts - MA in Business/Corporate Communications from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication between 2010 and 2014. In 2013, they also participated in an Exchange program at Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul, South-Korea for Communication & Advertising.
