Cole Thatcher

Cole Thatcher is an experienced product lead and technical program manager, currently serving as the Product Lead for the UGC Platform at Rec Room since June 2022. Previously held roles include Senior Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager at Rec Room, as well as key positions in game development at Sledgehammer Games and 343 Industries, contributing to titles such as Call of Duty: Vanguard and Halo Infinite. Cole's background includes extensive production experience across various teams, encompassing environment art, system design, and level design. Cole is a graduate of SMU Guildhall with a focus on game development and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
