Dongyang Hu

Dongyang Hu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in equipment management and optimization within the semiconductor and solar industries. Currently serving as a Senior Equipment Engineer at REC Solar since September 2014, Dongyang Hu is responsible for overseeing wafer sawing equipment projects, striving for timely and budget-compliant completion. Prior to this role, Dongyang Hu held positions at Advantec Enterprise, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, SMIC, and Liteon, contributing to machine design, installation, equipment improvement, and maintenance efficiency. Dongyang Hu holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
