Michael Johnston

Michael Johnston is an experienced data product management and analytics professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Data Product Management and Analytics at Recharge since October 2022, following various positions including Director and Staff Technical Product Manager. Additionally, Michael has been a member of Pavilion since January 2020 and held the role of Director of Business Analytics and Business Intelligence at Spreedly from February 2020 to October 2022, where a modern data stack was implemented. Prior to Spreedly, Michael operated as Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Director of FP&A at Netsertive, and Director of Finance and Operations at Devada, contributing to significant operational improvements and growth. Early in the career path, Michael demonstrated teaching skills at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and other educational institutions. Michael holds an M.A. in Education and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
