Rachel Grier

Rachel Grier is a Technical Marketing Engineer and Solutions Engineer at Recharge Payments, a position held since May 2020. Previously, Rachel worked as a Senior Customer Success Consultant at Qualtrics from February 2018 to August 2019, leading support for a portfolio of 30 marquee clients across various industries, enhancing user experience, and driving product development alignment. Prior to Qualtrics, Rachel served as an Analytics Senior Consultant at Deloitte from May 2014 to January 2018, where leadership was provided in delivering data analytics advisory services for the DoD. Earlier roles included positions at Deloitte as an Analytics Consultant and Advisory Intern, as well as various positions in customer service and as a Statistician Intern at NOAA. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Statistics and Finance from the University of Maryland and completed additional education at the Flatiron School.
