Roger Beaman

Roger Beaman is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Novel since February 2022, Roger also holds advisory roles at Recharge and Icon, among others. Previously, as Founder and CEO of smartrr, Roger successfully raised significant funding and achieved a $75 million Series A valuation within a year. Roger's earlier positions include Principal Engineer and Data Engineering Manager at Reonomy, where innovative contributions led to a major commercial deal, and a Staff Engineer role at Goldman Sachs. With a strong foundation in engineering and finance supported by advanced degrees from the University of Virginia and William & Mary, Roger has consistently demonstrated expertise in software development, technology integration, and business strategy.
