Ryan Serville

Ryan Serville has a diverse work experience in talent attraction and recruitment roles. Ryan began their career in 2009 as a Men's Varsity Lacrosse player in the NCAA. In 2015, they transitioned to a Recruitment Specialist position at Kognitive Marketing and worked there until 2016. Ryan then joined WilsonHCG as a Talent Attraction Specialist for a year before moving to Walmart Canada in 2017. At Walmart Canada, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate) until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Attraction at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, where they manage the talent acquisition process for various restaurant brands.

Ryan Serville has a Bachelor's of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph. Ryan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Delaware. Prior to their university education, Ryan attended St. Mary C.S.S. in Pickering, Ontario, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
