Matteo Merlo

Matteo Merlo is an experienced process engineer with a strong background in injection moulding and tooling validation. Currently serving as the Process Engineer Team Leader at Bespak since October 2018, Matteo is responsible for managing moulding processes and documentation for various stages of tool validation. Prior to this role, Matteo worked as a Process Engineer at ELESA SPA, where responsibilities included mould simulation, trial runs, and technical enhancements for the molding shop. As a co-founder of Esse-al-Cubo, a micro-brewery style ski and snowboard company, Matteo focused on artisanal production and customized designs. An internship at Pomini Service Tenova provided early career experience. Matteo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, earned between 2010 and 2014.
