Nathaniel Youndt

Nathaniel Youndt, MBA has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Nathaniel most recently worked at Recipharm, where they served as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Program Management for ReciBioPharm. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Program Management. Before joining Recipharm, they worked at Arranta Bio as the Senior Director and Head of Program Management, as well as the Senior Director and Head of Plasmid Business Unit. Earlier in their career, Nathaniel worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Senior Manager of Program Management and Senior Client Program Manager. Nathaniel also held positions at AMRI as Manager of Program Management and Team Lead of Project Management, as well as Business Operations Specialist. Nathaniel began their career at Gordon College as Assistant Director of Admissions and Senior Admissions Officer. Nathaniel also worked at Elevate Leadership Institute as a Group Trainer and The Studio for Art, Faith, and History as a Program Assistant.

Nathaniel Youndt, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Gordon College.
